Commercial Property Surveyor

Your new company
An established and highly regarded property consultant is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Surveyor to join its experienced professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who enjoys a varied commercial property workload, with a particular focus on Landlord and Tenant and valuation work. The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse range of commercial property owners, occupiers and investors, providing practical and commercially focused advice.

Your new role
As the Commercial Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of professional instructions. As part of the role, you will be involved in conducting rent reviews and lease renewals, landlord and tenant negotiations and commercial property valuations. You will be involved in undertaking property inspections and preparing reports. You will also develop strong relationships with existing clients, whilst identifying opportunities for further business. This position offers a good degree of autonomy, alongside the support and expertise of an established property team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and should have experience working with commercial property. You will have good experience of Landlord & Tenant, lease advisory and valuation work. Strong communication skills are required and a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
