Commercial Real Estate Associate

Service Care Legal working with a leading Central London law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join its established property team. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment.

ROLE:                  Commercial Real Estate
PQE:                     4 to 6 years’
LOCATION:         Central London
SALARY:              £70,000 to £85,000 per annum
 
The Role
 
Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload from instruction through to completion.
Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance matters.
Work closely with partners, clients, and junior team members on transactional matters.
The Person
 
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.
A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.
A modest client following would be advantageous, but is not essential.
