Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Glasgow
Salary: up to 28k (DOE)

At Simpson Judge, we're currently working with a well established Scottish law firm with a strong reputation for client care and legal excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors to support a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality service to the clients, including property investors, developers, landlords, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial property
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
• Conducting title checks and property searches
• Preparing Land Registry and Registers of Scotland applications
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Managing files from instruction to post-completion
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements

About You:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property law (desirable)
• Strong understanding of Scottish property law and Registers of Scotland systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in legal case management systems
