Great opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join a market-leading Commercial Real Estate (Development) Department in Central London.

The Firm
Our client is a highly reputable practice with an excellent reputation for their work in the real estate and private wealth sectors.

They act for an impressive client-base including institutions, pension funds, property companies, charities and private developers.

They boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the London market and have established themselves as one of the ‘go-to’ firms for overseas investors.

As a result of significant growth, this leading department are seeking an ambitious and passionate Commercial Real Estate Associate to join at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

The Opportunity
The Commercial Real Estate Department have received multiple accreditation's by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK and are recognised as leading advisers in their field. In particular, they are renowned for their work in Development, being led by L500 recognised partners.

The Development team advise on all aspects of a development transaction including complex forward funding’s as well as also acting on investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management and restructuring work and the provision of real estate advice on corporate-driven transactions.

They are now looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate who has a genuine interest in acting for several top flight clients on acquisitions and development matters, with a particular focus on the industrial and logistics sector.

Requirements
Qualified Commercial Real Estate Associate with between 4 – 8 years’ PQE
Sold track record of managing Commercial Real Estate Development matters
Experience acting for institutions and developers
