Commercial Recoveries Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Recoveries Paralegal to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality legal services to clients, promoting the firm's offerings, and supporting the Commercial Recoveries Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent client care skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work primarily in the Commercial Recoveries area, offering tailored advice to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular updates on case progress.
• Assist lawyers and other Paralegals in the team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Handle client communications, maintain accurate files, and manage case details using the firm’s case management system.
• Prepare legal documents, including court proceedings and enforcement activities.
• Stay updated on legal developments and participate in relevant training.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the Commercial Recoveries area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
