Our client is a historic, versatile and landmark venue in London who are looking for a Commercial Sales & Events Manager to join their team on a 3 month FTC basis with the opportunity of it going to permanent. As Commercial Sales & Events Manager you will be responsible for managing the event from the initial enquiry to the end to end planning and delivery of a variety events including conferences, weddings, outdoor music events, exhibitions and filming.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming enquiries and drive new venue hire sales
Liaise with the client throughout the whole process
End to end coordination and management of events
Manage all event logistics from ordering stock to liasing with external suppliers
Full event delivery on the day
Carry out all health & safety and risk assessment duties
Create proposals, invoices and negotiate rates
Skills and Experience
Experience in 360 event management within a hotel or events venue
Excellent communication skills
An eye for quality and detail
Organised and efficient approach to their workload
Confident in project managing and multi-tasking
Positive and enthusiastic
