We're looking for a Commercial Sales Manager / LBDM / CVSM with a passion for growth, strong industry knowledge, and a proven ability to develop long-term business opportunities. This is more than a sales role-it's a chance to shape and lead a commercial vehicle strategy within a high-performing team.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Exceptional communication skills, particularly outbound telephone sales
Proven lead generation expertise - proactive, targeted, and results-focused
CRM proficiency - confident using digital systems to manage pipelines and customer data
Strong understanding of fleet and business sales, including funding methods and procurement cycles
Knowledge of manufacturer and conversion partner products and processes
