Commercial Sales Support Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Commercial Sales Support Coordinator to join a friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a growing business, supporting customers from enquiry through to order while working closely with our Sales, Operations and Estimating teams.

What you'll be doing

Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
Preparing quotations and processing orders.
Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities.
Building strong relationships with existing customers.
Supporting the commercial team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.About You
You'll have experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Account Management or Commercial Administration and enjoy working with people. You'll be organised, proactive, commercially minded and confident communicating with customers and colleagues alike.
