CCP have been engaged by a dynamic and rapidly growing commercial insurance brokerage based near Accrington who are looking to recruit a Commercial Senior Account Executive to manage and expand their portfolio of business clients.

Job Title: Commercial Senior Account Executive
Salary: Up to £60,000
Bonus: Uncapped earnings linked to income performance
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
Logistics: Office-Based (with flexibility when needed)

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity requiring a strong presence in the office, working with a collaborative and supportive team. Our client is looking for a confident insurance professional with several key attributes:

Client Relationship Management: You'll take ownership of an established book of commercial clients across a variety of sectors, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering first-class service.

New Business Development: You'll be confident generating leads, networking at industry events, and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio.

Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and familiarity with the Lloyd's market is key, along with FCA compliance knowledge.

Organisation & Communication: A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.

Self-Driven and Accountable: You'll be able to work independently and manage your own pipeline and client portfolio with minimal supervision.

Desirable but not essential: Progression toward or completion of CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII)
