The Commercial Senior Associate will be:

• Advising UK and international clients on a wide range of commercial matters
• Working on matters including IP, technology, franchising, outsourcing, and public procurement
• Providing legal guidance on contracts involving AI, e-commerce, and IT
• Mentoring junior colleagues and actively participating in business development initiatives

Profile

The Commercial Senior Associate should be:

• A solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial law
• Confident in handling both high-value complex agreements and smaller, specialised contracts
• Commercially astute with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• A collaborative team player with strong client-facing capabilities
