A leading UK law firm is expanding into Birmingham and seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Associate to join its growing Commercial team. This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor (6+ PQE) to step into a high-impact role with clear progression to Partnership.

The Role:
You will handle a diverse commercial workload, including:

• High-value supply and purchasing agreements
• Commercial contracts and outsourcing deals
• IT and IP agreements
• Agency, distribution and licensing arrangements
• Data protection and strategic commercial projects

This is a hands-on role with a mix of client-facing work, business development and leadership responsibilities — including team supervision and wider firm initiatives.

About You:

• 6+ years PQE (8+ ideal) from a City or large regional firm
• Strong expertise in commercial, IP and IT matters
• Experience advising private sector clients
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and client-focused
• Driven to grow a practice and progress to Partnership
