A leading Legal 500 firm with a strong presence in Oxford is looking to recruit a talented Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join its expanding and ambitious Commercial team. You will work with a diverse range of clients—from start-ups and scale-ups to charities, SMEs and global corporates—on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters.

The Role:

As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, service agreements, licensing, IT/SaaS, distribution and supply agreements
• Advising entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses on business structure, funding, IP and shareholder matters
• Supporting charitable organisations with governance, compliance and transactional advice
• Assisting SMEs and privately owned businesses on risk management and day-to-day commercial operations
• Advising international clients on cross-border agreements and UK regulatory compliance
• Contributing to business development and nurturing long-term client relationships

? About You:

We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with:

• 3+ years' PQE in commercial law (from a regional, national, or City firm)
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-first mindset
• An interest in developing your practice and contributing to team growth
• Experience with start-ups, SMEs, or charities is a strong advantage
