Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:?

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including IT agreements.?
• Providing comprehensive legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation.?
• Assisting with procurement processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.?
• Advising on consumer law matters relevant to the retail industry.?
• Managing litigation cases and coordinating with external counsel as needed.?
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards and company policies.?
• Developing and updating internal policies and procedures to reflect current legislation.

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:?

• A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE.?
• Experienced in general commercial law, particularly in handling IT contracts.?
• Proficient in providing legal advice within a corporate environment.?
• Knowledgeable about consumer law and regulatory compliance in the retail sector.?
• Skilled in managing litigation and coordinating with external legal advisors.
