Commercial Supervisor

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, manufacturing, and logistics? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading manufacturing company based in Redditch as a Commercial Supervisor.

Commercial Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily commercial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal resource utilisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide support to the sales team, ensuring effective communication of product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial strategies.

The successful Commercial Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:-

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales, manufacturing processes, and logistics particularly with oversees operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements.

In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £30,000-£35,000 depending on your experience. There definitely will be opportunities for professional development and career progression for the right candidate who has the mindset and work ethic. This is an office based role no Hybrid and the hours of work are 7.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
