Job Description - Commercial Support Coordinator

CCPI Europe is a leading manufacturer and supplier of temperature measurement solutions supporting customers across aerospace special processes and industrial markets worldwide. Backed by the Marmon Aerospace & Defence Group, we combine manufacturing capability, UKAS accredited calibration services and technical expertise to deliver industry-leading solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

CCPI Europe is seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our commercial team.


This is a varied role supporting customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, export activities and general commercial administration. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Production and Quality teams, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive excellent service and orders are delivered successfully.


The position has been designed as a flexible role with exposure to multiple areas of the business and offers excellent opportunities for learning and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation and follow-up of quotations.
• Process customer orders and maintain commercial records.
• Prepare export and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate freight bookings and support customs requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Support delivery updates and expediting activities.
• Assist with CRM, opportunity tracking and commercial administration.
• Develop knowledge of CCPI products and services.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Previous experience within a customer service, administrative, sales support or commercial support role.
• Strong communication & organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Experience using ERP systems (Tricorn).
• Experience with export documentation & shipping activities.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.
