Job Description About the Opportunity

We are pleased to offer this senior Commercial Tech Solicitor opportunity with a highly regarded, market-leading national practice, to be based in either their Manchester, Birmingham, or Bristol offices.

Commercial Tech Solicitor – £70,000+ salary and excellent benefits package

You will be joining a coveted, team of dedicated Commercial Technology lawyers, operating across the UK. Expect the highest quality instructions at the leading edge of this ever-changing market.

The successful candidate will lead/ assist on the complete spectrum of complex commercial agreements and tech projects, servicing public and private UK and International companies, and financial services businesses.

You will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow their already strong national reputation.

The Candidate

• A 5+ PQE (Senior/ Managing Associate) Solicitor with excellent communication skills
• A strong grounding in commercial tech matters, including larger projects
• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities
• Supervisory/ management experience would be highly desirable for this position
• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
• Strong academic profile
