They’re now expanding their team and looking for skilled, reliable Commercial Mobile Technicians to join their tyre service operation. In this role, you’ll be working directly with customers across the region, providing tyre maintenance, repairs, and roadside assistance for a wide range of commercial vehicles and fleet customers . You’ll play a key part in keeping businesses moving — delivering quality work, professional service, and fast, effective solutions. What’s on Offer £31,000 basic salary per year £60 per callout , averaging 10–12 callouts per week 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday + half-day Saturday) Overtime paid at time and a half Fully equipped mobile van provided after a 10-day shadowing period with an experienced commercial technician Work for a local family-owned business with a fantastic reputation and a focus on quality, integrity, and customer care Genuine career growth as the company continues to expand Key Responsibilities Carry out tyre fitting, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles at customer sites and roadside locations Provide professional and efficient roadside breakdown support Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction Complete job documentation accurately and promptly Maintain company van, tools, and equipment to a high standard Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards at all times About You Previous experience working with commercial tyres (essential) Comfortable with roadside assistance and customer-facing work Full UK Driving Licence (essential) REACT License Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving and communication skills Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience How to Apply If you’re an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician looking for a stable, rewarding role with a growing local business that truly values its people — we’d love to hear from you.
