Commercial Underwriter

I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing, tech-enabled underwriting business that is reshaping how commercial insurance works in the SME space. With ambitious growth plans and a strong leadership team, they're now looking for a Commercial Product Development Underwriter to help build, refine, and launch innovative SME products.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the forefront of product development, working directly with the CEO and collaborating across underwriting, claims, compliance, and distribution teams. Your work will directly influence the company's product strategy and market positioning as they continue to scale.

You'll Need

• Proven experience in SME commercial underwriting
• Strong understanding of product development, pricing, and compliance
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Ideally Cert CII (or working towards it)
• Bonus: Experience with digital underwriting or data-led product design
