The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial assets across the North West, delivering valuation advice to lenders, investors, developers and corporate occupiers. You’ll undertake Red Book valuations, provide strategic advisory support, and play an active role in developing client relationships within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment. This position suits an MRICS-qualified valuer looking to take the next step in their career, with scope for progression to Associate level.
