Are you a Commercial Valuation Surveyor or Chartered Surveyor looking for a role where you can take real ownership, develop your professional skills, and progress long-term within an established firm expanding their commercial offering?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a respected property professional services business where you will play a key part in growing their commercial service across Central Devon, with full support from senior leadership and structured development including CPD and paid professional fees.

This organisation has a long-standing reputation in the region and is continuing to expand due to increased enquiry levels and growth opportunities in commercial valuations and wider professional services, creating a newly formed position with genuine scope to develop and shape the service.

In this role you will be primarily based from the Tiverton office, with time in Totnes, covering a patch across Exeter, parts of Somerset and Mid/East/North Devon. You will handle enquiries through to inspection, Red Book valuations and report issue, alongside wider commercial work such as landlord and tenant, lettings/agency and property management.

This role would suit a commercially focused RICS Registered Valuer looking for long-term development, increased responsibility and the chance to build something within a supportive partnership.

The Role:

Red Book commercial valuations from enquiry through to report issue
Developing networks and relationships with clients, solicitors and internal stakeholders
Supporting wider commercial work: landlord & tenant, lettings/agency and property management
Based in Tiverton with time in Totnes; covering Exeter, parts of Somerset and Mid/East/North Devon
Permanent position with travel and hybrid working available once established
The Person:

Experience in a similar role
RICS Registered Valuer with strong commercial valuation experience
Full UK driving licence and able to work independently
