Group Commercial Vehicle Fleet Sales Manager - South of England (Based in Kent/Sussex)
Salary: £70,000 OTE | Company Car + Full Benefits | Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:30

Are you an ambitious, results-driven Commercial Vehicle Fleet Sales Manager with proven success managing large fleet accounts? Ready to drive significant sales growth across the South of England? Join a top automotive dealer group and take charge of managing and expanding your commercial vehicle fleet portfolio in a rewarding, high-earning role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow large commercial vehicle fleet accounts (30+ vehicles), ensuring high client retention and exceptional customer service

  • Generate new business leads and build strategic partnerships across Kent, Sussex, London, and the South East

  • Lead the sales of a broad range of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and commercial fleet solutions

  • Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and aftersales teams to deliver tailored fleet packages

  • Consistently hit and exceed challenging fleet sales targets and KPIs

  • Deliver expert commercial vehicle sales advice and solutions tailored to each customer’s fleet needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in commercial vehicle fleet sales or automotive B2B fleet account management

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in LCV fleet sales, fleet management, and commercial vehicle products

  • Track record of successfully managing and growing large fleet accounts

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working across a regional territory

  • Full UK driving licence essential
