We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Technician to join a successful and busy dealership in the Ipswich area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work within a professional workshop environment with strong earning potential, ongoing training and long-term career progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to a high standard while working efficiently within a fast-paced workshop team.
The Role
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles
* Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
* Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
* Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
* Working closely with workshop control and the wider aftersales team
* Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
* Level 3 qualification or equivalent preferred
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
* Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
