Managing and motivating a team of vehicle technicians to meet productivity and KPI targets
Delegating tasks based on technician skill sets and workload
Identifying training needs and implementing technical development plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date workshop paperwork
Processing job cards efficiently to ensure work-in-progress targets are achieved
Ensuring health and safety procedures comply with industry standards
Supporting the ongoing smooth operation of the workshop, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiencyRequirements:

Proven experience as a workshop controller, shift manager, or similar role within the automotive industry
Extensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop processes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to allocate resources efficiently and delegate effectively
Good organisation and administrative skills
