I'm currently working with a highly respected and well-established law firm that is looking to grow its Commercial Property team with the addition of a confident, motivated, and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team known for handling high-quality work, advising a loyal and growing client base, and maintaining an excellent reputation within the property sector. The department is expanding due to continued growth in workload, and the firm is committed to maintaining the exceptional standard of service their clients have come to expect.

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years PQE (though strong candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered)
• Solid experience in both commercial and residential property matters
• A strong technical understanding of property law
• A proactive attitude toward business development
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A high level of attention to detail
• Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Acting for borrowers in refinancing transactions
• Managing leases for both landlords and tenants
• Supporting developers with site acquisitions, financing, and onward sales
