A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial & Technology Associate to join its growing London-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a 1-3 PQE solicitor to work on cutting-edge projects with a diverse, high-profile client base spanning key sectors including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, utilities, retail, aerospace, and technology.

The Role
You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters. The caseload includes high-value, complex commercial contracts, technology transactions, and strategic outsourcing agreements. You will work closely with clients on the full contract lifecycle - from initial structuring and negotiation to ongoing management and enforcement.
The role also includes advising on commercial aspects of intellectual property, particularly in relation to licensing, collaboration, development, and supply agreements across heavily regulated and innovation-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology supply, software licensing, SaaS, and outsourcing contracts.
• Advising on the commercialisation and protection of intellectual property rights.
• Supporting large-scale commercial projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising clients on regulatory, operational, and strategic risks in the context of complex transactions.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in a leading commercial, technology or IP practice.
• Exposure to clients across a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or technology is highly desirable.
• Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to develop technically and commercially in a forward-thinking team.
