Commercial Litigation Partner – Leeds – 7+ PQE

A highly regarded law firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior legal professional with ideally 7 or more years of post-qualification experience in complex, high-value commercial disputes.

You will be handling a broad range of contentious matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, intellectual property and insolvency cases.

The Role

• Take on an existing caseload and established client base, while leveraging your own network to grow business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution to expand the department’s reach and strengthen client relationships
• Play a key role in business development, drawing on a strong base of professional contacts and a proven ability to win new work

About You

• A confident and capable litigator with a solid track record of managing complex disputes from start to finish
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to contribute strategically to the development of the litigation team
• Excellent client-facing skills and a commercially focused mindset
• Demonstrable experience in generating work through professional relationships and networking
• A collaborative and professional approach, with the drive to succeed in a forward-thinking environment
