An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a thriving and expanding legal team in Leeds. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience within commercial property.

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting a busy team of senior partners and solicitors within a well-established Commercial Property department. This role is being recruited due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, especially with high-profile retail clients such as B&M and Morrisons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support on commercial property cases

• Preparing legal documents and paperwork

• Conducting property and legal research

• Submitting and managing Land Registry applications

• Assisting with file management and case progression

• Working closely with solicitors and partners to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience as a paralegal in commercial property

• Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented

• Proactive and confident in liaising with senior legal professionals

• Experience with retail sector clients is advantageous but not essential

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
