Take your culinary career to the next level at one of London’s most iconic dining destinations, Darwin Brasserie. Join a high-performing kitchen team, work with exceptional ingredients, and continue developing your skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and delivering high-quality seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting the Chef de Partie in running a section during service
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained at all times
• Contributing to daily mise en place and smooth kitchen operations

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
• A genuine passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and high-quality ingredients
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress within a structured kitchen

Good to know
You will receive a competitive hourly rate from £16.21, plus a paid meal allowance each shift, alongside ongoing training and real career development opportunities.
