What we offer:
Were looking to offer a salary

of £40,000 - £50,000

for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company car, fuel card, phone and expenses.
Key areas of responsibility:
Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations
Use a variety of chemicals, methodology and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others while maintaining health and safety procedures
Provide training to assistants and other team members as required while providing daily feedback and project updates
Experience required for the role:
Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning
Valid SSSTS / CSCS, but if you dont possess please still apply if you think you have demonstrating experience
Valid drivers licence as you will need to travel to different sites
