Communications & Engagement Manager (Genesis Programme)

We are looking for a Communications & Engagement Manager to lead the planning and delivery of the Genesis Communications and Engagement Plan.

Genesis is a major business transformation programme, underpinned by a new SAP ERP system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring colleagues across the organisation understand, engage with, and successfully adopt the changes.

The successful candidate will translate programme complexity into clear compelling narratives, build confidence among stakeholders and drive measurable improvements in awareness, understanding, and capability. This is a hybrid role combining strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the communications and engagement plan aligned to programme milestones

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and change champions

Lead the creation and delivery of clear, consistent communications across multiple channels

Design and execute targeted campaigns to support engagement and adoption

Track and measure engagement effectiveness, providing insights and identifying risk areas

Work with KPMG change leads to develop stakeholder mapping and assessments

What we are Looking for

Essential

Proven track record in internal communications, ideally within a transforming organisation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience developing content and selecting effective communication channels
Data-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset

Desirable

Degree educated (or equivalent experience)

Exposure to ERP or large-scale transformation programmes

Ability to design and analyse engagement surveys and dashboards

Understanding of programme lifecycle phases (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
Experience with fit-to-standard transformation approaches

Location: Current location (with occasional travel to Genuit sites)
Contract: Part-time (2 days per week)
Programme: Genesis
