Communication Assistant| 5 Months (Inside IR35)| Hybrid (Dundee)
Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Communications Assistant on a 5 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
To work with the Communications Managers and Communications Officers to carry out a range of communications, marketing and digital engagement tasks which support the clients needs.
This includes:
social media management
content creation across all platforms
our internal and external email newsletters
updating our website and Intranet information materials.
Key Skills
HND or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience in a communications, marketing or information assistant role.
Experience using social media.
Experience of writing and proofreading copy for online newsletters, leaflets etc
Attention to detail and ability to analyse results/insights.
Effective administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.
