About the job:
As Communications Officer at the Education and Training Foundation (ETF), you’ll play a key role in raising the visibility and reputation of ETF and its programmes. You’ll lead internal communications, create engaging content across channels, support media and PR activity, and contribute to stakeholder engagement and public affairs.
Your profile
You’re a creative and strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and media relations. You are confident managing multiple priorities, and bring a strong understanding of communications channels, public affairs, and digital content creation. You’re committed to equity, diversity, inclusion, and the values of the Further Education sector.
The successful candidate will have:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience in writing and adapting content for web, media and publications.
- Strong understanding of public affairs and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to plan, monitor and evaluate communication campaigns.
- Experience in media relations, including pitching and press release writing.
- Knowledge of digital tools and social media engagement.
