Job Description - 12 month Mat Cover Role
Our client, a well know luxury brand based just outside Slough is in search of a Communications & PR Executive to support the Press team and be based in their HQ.
How you will contribute?
The successful candidate will gain all-round experience working within a fast paced in-house international press team, providing first line support for the day-to-day management of the Press and PR team. With excellent communication & organization skills, you will be able to think fast, demonstrating a flexible and agile approach to work; acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
Supporting the Press Officer and the Head of Communications, in turn reporting to the WW Press Director, to provide first line support to the Luxury team.
Lead on the logistics of sample movement with collections.
Liaising with press on shoots, credit requests, collection information.
Provide day to day administrative support for the press team, collating press cuttings and managing reporting for the sector.
Updating and maintaining databases.
Supporting with press events; trade shows, press days, launches, shoots.
Occasional travel.

Highly organized (H)
Very high Professional Verbal and Written Communication (H)
High level attention to detail (H)
Ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships (H)
Prior experience in working in press office administration or marketing for a global luxury brand is essential.
A Strong knowledge of the media landscape and finger on pulse with industry and consumer trends.
