What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

* Representing our brand out in the community, door to door across Glasgow

* Striking up genuine conversations and building trust quickly

* Explaining what we offer in a way that's clear, honest, and engaging

* Converting interest into results — sign-ups, leads, or sales depending on the campaign

* Organising your own patch and pacing your own day

* Reporting back on what's landing well with residents to help refine our approach

What You'll Bring

* Resilience — a "no" doesn't put you off your stride

* Strong self-discipline to manage your own workload without close supervision

* A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

* No experience necessary — we'll train you from scratch
