Community Care Assistant - Evening Shifts - Full UK Driving Licence Required

About the Role

Where possible, we aim to allocate care rounds that are
geographically efficient to minimise travel time and support a positive
work -life balance for our team members.

• Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including
washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around
the home

• Assisting with medication administration in accordance
with training and company procedures

• Supporting meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Supporting individuals living with dementia and other
complex needs

• Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties

• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in
line with GDPR requirements

• Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing
promptly

• Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans
and Bradcare's quality standards
