The Mission (Should You Choose to Accept
It):

• Bringing smiles, support, and independence
  to people in their own homes
  
• Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship
  
• Driving around Swadlincote like the local hero you are (fuel allowance
  included!)
  
• Working a flexible 35+ hours, including one weekend on, one weekend
  off
  
• ​Drinking lots of tea and listening to incredible life stories along the way
  

What You’ll Need:

A full UK driving license (because
teleportation isn’t available… yet!)
A kind and caring nature – if you love a good chat and a cuppa, you’ll fit
right in!
 Availability to work a mix of shifts,
including early morning, evenings, and every other weekend.
 A can-do attitude – whether it’s helping
someone get dressed or cracking a joke to brighten their day!

Pay Rates (Because Every Hero Needs a

Unqualified Carers

 Weekday: £12.65 per hour
 Weekend: £13.00 per hour

 Qualified
Carers (Level 2+ in Health & Social Care)
 Weekday: £13.10 per hour
 Weekend: £14.00 per hour
