Salary: £25,708 - £28,263 per annum
Location: Stevenage - covering Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Estate Services team.
You will need to enjoy working with people as will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and ideally have experience of caretaking and cleaning.
You'll be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of our residents and undertaking minor communal repairs.

Applicants must be able to travel regularly across the region and cover all schemes within Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
