  • Act as a welcoming and supportive contact for families pre-admission and following respite care stays.
  • Collaborate with activity teams to introduce new community-led entertainment and engagement opportunities.
  • Support home teams with tools and resources to manage and convert local interest effectively.

What We're Looking For in our Community Engagement Partner:

  • Experience in community engagement and/or marketing (care or healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong communication and networking skills across all levels
  • Highly organised with experience planning events or community initiatives
  • Compassionate and approachable, with an understanding of the needs of older people
  • Ability to communicate effectively via verbal, written and digital channels
  • Knowledge of local networks in the Surrey/Reigate area (desirable)

Why Apply?

  • Flexible, part-time working hours
  • Opportunity to build meaningful community connections
  • Make a positive impact on older people's lives
  • Be part of a values-driven, person-centred environment
