Community Investment Co-ordinator

Join Heathrow’s Communities and Residential Property team as a Community Investment Co-ordinator and play an integral role in delivering our commitment to supporting local communities around the airport. This pivotal role ensures that our investments and partnerships generate measurable social impact and strengthen our relationships with local stakeholders.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll design, manage, and monitor community programmes aligned with Heathrow’s sustainability ambitions. Your success will be measured by timely delivery of impactful projects, effective resource use, and engagement that makes a tangible difference to our neighbours. You’ll work directly with charities, schools, and community groups to create initiatives that are both inclusive and meaningful.

• Co-ordinating the delivery of Heathrow’s community investment programmes, ensuring alignment with our sustainability and social impact objectives.
• Managing relationships with local charities, schools, and community partners to deliver projects that meet agreed outcomes.
• Monitoring and reporting on programme performance, including financial tracking and impact measurement.
• Supporting the development of new initiatives that respond to community needs and Heathrow’s strategic priorities.
• Organising events and engagement activities to promote Heathrow’s community work and encourage participation.
• Ensuring compliance with governance processes and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting.

• Experience in community investment, corporate social responsibility, charity partnerships or programme co-ordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports on performance and impact.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
