Job Description - Community Manager

Position Overview:
As the Community Manager, you wou will be responsible for the ongoing operation of the building, ensuring that it is a productive, inspiring, and collaborative environment in which to work. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will need to have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, a passion for nurturing relationships, and a drive to support the members.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring operational excellence by promptly addressing building and member issues while maintaining high standards and implementing policies effectively.
Serving as the front desk manager during business hours and being the on-site contact for members.
Developing community initiatives to foster connections among members and utilizing their feedback to enhance our client's space and community.
Managing a team member and delegating tasks for site operations.
Maintaining occupancy through sales efforts, conducting tours for prospective members, retaining existing members, and building relationships within the community and beyond.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience within flexible office / serviced office / coworking management or similar customer and building management experience
Experience in building communities.
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals.
A keen interest in entrepreneurship and business growth and development.
Outstanding communication and listening skills and should be able to help with marketing content and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Experience in social media, PR, and promotional events
Previous experience in managing a team.
Natural connector and enabler.
Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.
