Talent Guardian are thrilled to be partnering with MYTIME Young Carers, a rapidly growing charity on a mission to level the playing field for young carers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, proactive and strategic programme lead to join a charity making a real, lasting impact on young people’s lives.

We’re now recruiting a Community Champion Programme Manager to lead one of MYTIME’s most ambitious and high-impact initiatives. If you're someone who blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, thrives in a collaborative culture, and is deeply motivated by social change, read on.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take ownership of the Community Champion Programme—training and supporting organisations like sports clubs, youth groups, and community networks to become young carer-aware and inclusive.
From delivering workshops and building strategic partnerships, to creating high-quality resources and driving programme growth, your work will be varied, impactful, and deeply rewarding. You’ll also contribute to income generation and build scalable systems for national reach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver inspiring training to community-based organisations
  • Create bespoke learning materials and digital solutions to support programme delivery
  • Build and nurture partnerships across sectors to support and expand the programme
  • Collaborate with marketing and comms to raise awareness and promote engagement
  • Track and evaluate the programme’s impact with the support of the Social Impact team
  • Develop operational infrastructure to support sustainable growth
  • Generate income and manage budgets effectively
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience managing and delivering impactful programmes or projects
  • Confident communicator with experience delivering workshops or training
  • Commercial and operational awareness, ideally from small or growing organisations
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build relationships across sectors
  • Passion for creating change for young people, particularly marginalised groups
Why join MYTIME?
This is more than a job—it’s your chance to shape a national movement that supports one of the UK’s most underrepresented groups of young people. You’ll join a bold, close-knit team that values compassion, authenticity, collaboration, tenacity, and accountability.
You’ll be supported every step of the way—and given the space to lead, grow, and innovate.
