Band 2/3 Healthcare Support Worker (Community)

* Location: East of England

* Pay Rate: £17 - £20 per hour

* Contract: Temporary / Agency

About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting people in your community?

We are looking for caring, motivated, and compassionate Band 2/3 Healthcare Support Workers (HCA) to join our community teams across the East of England.

This role offers the opportunity to support patients in their own homes and community settings, helping them maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing, and receive high-quality care close to home.

What You'll Do

Provide personal care and support to patients in the community

*

Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence

*

Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions

*

Support nurses and multidisciplinary teams in delivering care plans

*

Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For

Essential

*

Minimum 6 months' NHS or Community Healthcare Assistant experience

*

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

*

Care Certificate

*

Experience working within community nursing teams

*

Knowledge of basic observations and patient monitoring

*

Experience using electronic patient records
