The Opportunity

• Specialise in Company Commercial matters, a key growth area for the firm
• Play an active role in marketing, networking and developing new business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a broad range of sectors

What Experience is Required?

• Around 3 years’ PQE with a background in Company Commercial law
• Solid experience handling business sales, acquisitions, and drafting contracts
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and general contract law
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
• A collaborative team player with excellent technical and commercial skills
