Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a talented and experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing legal team. Based in the heart of London with flexible working options, this role is ideal for a dynamic and commercially minded solicitor who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service without the bureaucracy of traditional legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise a range of clients including individuals, SMEs, and organisations on a wide variety of company and commercial matters.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including shareholder agreements, terms and conditions, NDAs, and more.
• Provide practical and strategic legal advice to clients to support their commercial objectives.
• Contribute to business development and foster long-term client relationships.
• Work efficiently and autonomously, making effective use of technology and mobile working practices.

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Solid experience in company commercial law (PQE level flexible depending on experience).
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small but highly effective legal team.
• A client-focused and pragmatic approach with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a modern, paperless, and technology-led environment.
