Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Company Commercial team, providing strategic direction and mentoring junior solicitors
• Advise corporate clients on a wide range of company and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts, intellectual property, compliance and risk management
• Maintain and grow strong, long-term client relationships through excellent client care
• Proactively contribute to business development activities and support the firm’s continued growth
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver a seamless service

About You:

• At least four years' post qualification experience (PQE) in company and commercial law
• Strong technical knowledge and a practical, solution-focused approach
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, client-focused attitude
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for business development
