Job Description - Company Secretarial Manager

Company Secretarial Manager – London

I’m working with a highly regarded professional services firm seeking a Company Secretarial Executive to join its busy and collaborative Statutory team. This full-time role is based in its London office, with hybrid working offered (1–2 days in the office following a three-month probation). You will support a broad range of company secretarial tasks, with a focus on using Diligent Entities (Blueprint).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver statutory compliance and event-driven transactions
  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries and internal teams
  • Maintain strong governance standards across portfolios
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to business development
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulations and legal requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ UK company secretarial experience
  • CGIUKI qualified or part-qualified
  • Strong understanding of Companies Act, PSC rules and relevant reforms
  • Proficient in Diligent Entities and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and confident managing client relationships

Hybrid Working:

Following a structured induction, the role offers hybrid working with 1–2 office days per week.
