Company Secretarial Paralegal 12-month FTC

Our client is a leading Silver Circle law firm with an excellent reputation globally. They are looking for a paralegal with company secretarial experience for this 12-month FTC.

This role will be supporting one of their clients and will involve hybrid working (2-3 days in the London office).

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as secretary to the EMEA Executive Committee:
  • Collation of papers and reports for ExCo meetings and distribution of papers to ExCo members.
  • Attendance at monthly and ad hoc ExCo meetings.
  • Taking minutes of ExCo meetings and circulating actions to action owners.
• Other responsibilities:
  • Supporting with updates to internal policies and procedures.
  • Advising ExCo and Board members on corporate governance and directors' duties. This can be done with support and supervision as required.
  • Attending, managing and taking minutes of other board and executive-level committees as requested

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience in a Corporate and/or Company Secretarial Paralegal role and be able to start within the next 6 weeks.
