Description:

We are hiring for our client, a prestigious Fund Solutions company based in Belfast, seeking a fully qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary (ICSA) with substantial experience in Financial Services or Investment Management. The Role:
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and other relevant legislation and regulations.
Provide expert governance advice to the board and senior management.
Maintain statutory books and records, manage annual filings, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support the preparation and management of board and committee meetings, including minute-taking and distribution of meeting materials.
Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
The Person:
Fully qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary (ICSA) with at least 5 years' experience.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and relevant governance standards.
Experience in a FTSE or Financial Services / Investment Management environment.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and discretion.
