Reward Manager - Global Infrastructure Hub

Are you a strategic and analytical Reward professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits.
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, market bench-marking, and external networking.
• Manage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.

• Proven experience in reward or benefits management within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
• Strategic mind set
• Driving gender pay gap reporting
• Strong analytical and technical excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
