Reviewing and benchmarking the current benefits proposition and making recommendations for improvement.
Reviewing family-friendly benefits and identifying opportunities to strengthen the overall offering.
Taking forward existing work around Total Reward Statements.

Strong experience across benefits, total reward, salary structures/banding and bonus design.
Previous experience undertaking a reward or benefits review and benchmarking proposition against the external market.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to operate with senior HR, Finance and business leaders.
The ability to simplify complex reward issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
Experience managing or negotiating with benefit providers and suppliers.
Strong systems and data capability
The credibility, pace and pragmatism to make an immediate impact in an interim environment. Most importantly, you'll be someone who can join an organisation, quickly understand what is already in place, see the bigger picture and identify what needs to change, balancing colleague value, market competitiveness, affordability and simplicity.

Why this opportunity?

This is not simply a BAU Benefits and Reward role.

If you're an experienced Reward professional who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, finding opportunities and turning analysis into action, this could be an excellent interim assignment.
